What is this store's return and exchange policy ?
We currently do not accept returns for refunds. We allow exchanges within one week from the date the tracking number says it was delivered. Customer must email us an exchange request within one week. When we receive and approve the request, we will email more details regarding the exchange. Please note that customer is responsible to pay for ALL shipping fees including the cost to ship the exchange item. Clearance/Sale items are final sale, no exceptions.
Do I have to pay the shipping fees to return the items or will you send me a return label?
Unfortunately we do not provide return labels, all shipping fees must be paid by the customer.
How long do I have to return my item(s)?
Please return the items within a week of the delivery date stated on the tracking information.
Do you hold items for returns?
No,unfortunately due to excessive hold requests, we cannot hold a specific size for a return. We can’t guarantee that by the time your return reaches us, the size you desire will be available.
What will I receive for my return?
You will be receiving a store credit gift card that will be sent via email. We will add up the total spent on the items returned and include that amount in a store credit gift card. You will use this gift card to purchase your desired size exchange or any other exchange of your choice. We do not provide refunds for returns.
Do I save my tracking number to prove that I returned my items?
Yes please do! Unfortunately packages do get lost sometimes but with your return tracking information we will know that you did in fact return a package.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Domestic orders are processed within 1-4 business days (Monday thru Saturday). We are closed on Sundays and holidays. International orders are processed between 1-4 business days. Ship time for U.S. orders is 3-5 business days depending on your location and the efficiency of your local post office. International ship time is between 1-5 weeks depending on your location and efficiency of your local post office.
My package has been lost . What should I do?
Please make sure to submit the correct address. We are not responsible for packages that are lost. Once your package leaves our premises we are not responsible for them as USPS is a shipping service that you agree to allow us to send for you. Once we send the liability is between you and USPS; however, we will do our best to help you find your package since each order comes with a tracking number. In the case where the tracking says delivered but you haven't received your package, you can visit your local post office or contact USPS to file a claim.
